This is a digital gift card and will be delivered via email. Please ensure you enter your email or the recipient’s email correctly

 

Delivery

Birthly gift cards are delivered digitally via email immediately after purchase.

You will receive a unique code that can be used at checkout.

Gift cards can be forwarded to the recipient or printed for gifting.

 

Validity

 Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in line with Australian consumer law.

 How to Use

To redeem your gift card:

• Enter your unique code at checkout
• The amount will be automatically applied to your order

If your order total exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid using another payment method.

 

Partial Use

 Gift cards can be used across multiple orders.

Any remaining balance will stay on the card until fully used or expired.

 

Non-Refundable

Gift cards:

• Are non-refundable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be returned once purchased

 

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Please treat your gift card like cash.

Birthly is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

 

Promotions & Discounts

Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes or promotional offers unless stated otherwise.

 

Order Cancellations

If an order purchased with a gift card is cancelled or refunded, the amount will be returned to the original gift card.
