Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing every order. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at birthly.au@gmail.com, including your order number and photos where possible.

Weโ€™ll assess the issue promptly and work with you to resolve it as smoothly as possible.

Depending on the situation, this may include:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • Or another appropriate solution in line with Australian Consumer Law

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Exchanges

At this stage, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and weโ€™ll do our best to help.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, weโ€™re happy to offer a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transaction.
